Candle Care:

Our candles are handmade using natural soy and coconut wax. Each one may vary slightly and we work with pride over perfection. Consistency may vary, but know there is loads of love poured into them. 

We are Vegan friendly, not tested on animals and use lead free cotton wicks.

 

Our most important tips!

~ For best results trim wick before burning and do not burn longer than 3 hours at a time or until the melt pool has reached across to the edges of the jar before extinguishing. Leaving your candle to burn right to the edge before blowing out will result in a more even burn and avoid what we call tunnelling.

~Never leave or move a lit candle.

~Always keep out of reach of children and pets.

~Place the candle on a stable, heat resistant surface.

~Avoid exposure to drafts.

~Caution: may become hot to touch.

~At the end of combustion, a variable quantity of wax may remain.

~Failure to follow instructions could result in fire, hazard or injury

~Always store the candle in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.

~Discontinue burning when there is 1cm of wax left in the jar.

~Wash and re-use

Bottle Care

Pump:

Your pump should pop up easily when you press and twist. If no luck it may just be because the actual lid needs a tighten. Tighten the perforated base to the bottle neck (the tension is left slightly loose so the pumps do not become active during shipping), then try again to twist the nozzle to "open" and this will set the pump ready to go!  

Bottle Surface:

Our soft touch bottles can be easily wiped down with a microfibre or soft cloth to remove any marks or residue that may have built up - with a little TLC they will look brand new.
