I was a bit disappointed as the shampoo and conditioner are both very thin in texture which means it doesn’t lather up without using 2 pumps to get enough to feel right. My hair is fine and short so shouldn’t need a lot of product to clean, but does like product to help with volume. I’ll keep using it as apart from that I like it. I like the scent and the bottles made of recycled plastic and still being recyclable and the idea of being able to refill them. That’s what made me keen to give them a go. The bottles are very classy too. And it is made in Australia!
