1. Is it a mystery box?
Not really - because honestly, mystery boxes can be a little stressful. You’ll know exactly what types of products are coming, but we’ll keep the aromas + a few little details under wraps. So no, it’s not a mystery box. But there’s still a little mystery.

2. How does the subscription work?
Subscribe for $150 per box and a new Seasonal Ritual Box will be delivered every three months - Spring, Summer, Autumn + Winter. We curate each one for the season ahead, so you don’t have to think about a thing.

3. Is there a minimum subscription period?
Yes. There’s a minimum commitment of two seasonal boxes. After your first two boxes, you can pause, skip or cancel your subscription.

4. Can I just buy the Spring box without subscribing?
Absolutely. You can purchase the Spring Ritual Box as a one-off for $180 with no subscription required, while stocks last.

5. Can I choose my aromas?
No - we’re doing the choosing for this one. That’s part of the fun. We carefully curate the aromas to work together + feel right for the season ahead.

6. When will my Seasonal Ritual Box be sent?
Seasonal Ritual Boxes are dispatched approximately 1–15th of the first month of each season. After the first dispatch, boxes can be purchased throughout the season and will ship as normal, while stocks last.

7. Can I skip, pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Once you’ve completed your minimum two-box commitment, you can skip, pause or cancel before your next seasonal order is processed.

8. Can I send one as a gift?
Absolutely. Choose the one-off box for $180 and you can send it straight to someone special - no subscription required.
