When will my order be shipped?
We do our absolute best to get all your goodies out to you as quickly as we can. Due to the influx of orders received through sale periods, this can slow the processing time a little. Please expect 24hrs - 4 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from both us and our couriers with your tracking information. We use Australia Post and Couriers Please (Shippit) as our couriers where you will be able to see all your parcels movements. We recommend using the Australia Post App if your parcel has been sent with them as they no longer leave calling cards, this is the best way to track your parcels movements.

Unfortunately, our sales only apply to orders placed during sale dates and times. We cannot honour any discounts for any orders placed prior or after the sale.
